Loose fruits recovery before thresher.

In palm oil mill, we should take much oppotunity to harvest any process material 1 step earlier.

We had try 1 improvement project by adding serries of flat bars arranged in verticals position at thresher feed chute.

Sterilized ffb will drop from auto feeder to the serries of flat bars, and from the immpect created 20% of LF will detach and will pas through the flat bars.

Advantages.
1. Reduce load of thresher drum by 3%.
2. Able to recover 20% of LF earlier.
3. Reduce oil loss in EFB to 0.50olwb.
