1. Install bunch splitter before sterilizer ( high financial cost. Cost return are about 1.3 years by increasing in KER.
2. Install bunch crusher.
3. Double threshing system.
4. Reject unripe bunch.
5. Increase sterilizer deaeration time until achieve temperature of 90 d c at condensate discharge.
6. Increase 1st and 2nd peak sterilizing pressure.
7. Discharge 1st and 2nd peak to 0.3 bar or below.
8. Prevent sterilizer from flooding, ensure condensate by pass are working well.
By implementing as mention above it will helps to reduce usb and probably will not require usb sorter.
